Hilary's writing is probably best described as a blend of Biblical wisdom, historic context, orthodox teaching, and practical living. She graduated from Baylor University and the Naval War College and is now a homeschooling mom.

Together with her husband, they strive to instill Godly knowledge and faithful fortitude in their family.

She and her husband enjoy visiting the West Virginia mountains and seeing God's glorious beauty whenever they can get away with their son and two goldendoodles.
